NOW APP ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you access and use the NOW Offers platform.

  • Transaction data (payment details, transaction history)

  • Provide payment services and transaction management

  • Process and deliver orders

Merchant Service Level Agreement (SLA)

1. Merchant Responsibilities

The Merchant agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and timely transaction details to NOW APP

  • Ensure the delivery of goods or services as per the terms agreed with customers

  • Maintain a clear cancellation or replacement policy

  • Resolve disputes and chargebacks in a timely manner (within three business days)

2. NOW APP Responsibilities

NOW APP will:

  • Provide the Merchant with access to the transaction management system

  • Process and deliver approved payments to the Merchant

  • Provide tools for managing disputes and chargebacks

3. Payment Terms

NOW APP will disburse funds for approved transactions but may withhold payments under certain conditions such as fraud detection, disputes, or non-compliance.

4. Fees

The Merchant is responsible for paying applicable fees, which may be adjusted from time to time by NOW APP. The Merchant will also be liable for taxes and charges related to their transactions as per local law.

5. Termination

NOW APP may suspend or terminate the Merchant’s access to the platform if:

  • The Merchant fails to resolve disputes

  • The Merchant sells restricted products or services

  • There are repeated customer complaints

6. Data Protection

Both NOW APP and the Merchant are responsible for handling customer and transaction data in compliance with data protection laws.

Terms of Service for NOW Offers

1. Agreement

By using NOW Offers, you ("Merchant" or "Customer") agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement. NOW APP provides a platform for managing payments, transactions, and offers through its platform

2. Service Availability

NOW APP aims to ensure that the NOW Offers platform remains available but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. Merchant Obligations

The Merchant agrees to:

  • Maintain legal compliance, including anti-money laundering and anti-bribery regulations

  • Not charge additional fees to customers using NOW APP for transactions

  • Ensure timely processing of refunds and comply with NOW APP’s policies

4. Payment Terms

NOW APP will facilitate payment processing for approved transactions. Payments may be withheld or delayed in cases of fraud, dispute, or compliance issues.

5. Liability

NOW APP is not liable for indirect damages, such as lost profits, business interruptions, or data loss. Its liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.

6. Termination

Either party can terminate this Agreement with 90 days' written notice. NOW APP reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Merchant’s access if the Merchant breaches key terms.

7. Dispute Resolution

Disputes between NOW APP and the Merchant should be resolved promptly. In case of chargebacks or disputes, the Merchant must notify NOW APP within the required timeframes.

8. Amendments

NOW APP may amend these Terms with a 10-day notice. The Merchant must accept the updated terms to continue using the service.
